Committees
Various committees are formed in a Panchayat to ensure the efficient functioning of different sectors. The Finance Committee manages financial matters, while the Development Committee implements rural development projects. The Welfare Committee oversees social welfare activities, and the Health and Education Committee handles matters related to health and education. The Public Works Committee supervises infrastructure development activities such as roads and buildings.
